Job Description:
As the Manager Finance at Towell Auto Center, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategies, ensuring fiscal health, and fostering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy: Develop, execute, and oversee financial strategies in line with company objectives.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate projections and financial planning.
Financial Reporting: Produce accurate and timely financial reports, adhering to local and international accounting standards.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with department heads, external auditors, and financial institutions, fostering productive relationships.
Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance managerial role.
Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
